Myofascial Release: Return session
Description
This appointment is for returning clients only. If you have not had bodywork from us before you must book an Initial session. Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of pressure to facilitate the release of the fascia with sustained stretches.
